Saturday morning routine in our house is for Maurice to take Merlin for a run, then when he's home and showered, we sit down for coffee and a snack. Merlin always gets a little titbit too!
It's raining again, but the garden is looking lush and green, and my crab apple tree is flowering:)
I try to do the laundry on a Friday, but this week, I still have loads to do today. I'm getting to grips with the new Weightwatchers plan.
I decide to finish off a scrapbook of our 1999 holiday to Spain. Such fun scrapping the old photos and remembering good times
I am having a bit of luck with selling some of my Dad's old stuff from his garage on eBay. Here's some vintage tins and some watch barrels waiting to be listed.
And some stuff I listed last week had sold, so it's all packaged up waiting to be posted on Monday.
Then, I can spend the rest of the afternoon sewing! I am still buzzing with inspiration from Lynette, so I 'shopped' from my stash to make the cushion on the front cover of her new book. Here's the book and my other purchases. A jelly roll of Japanese taupe fabric, and the cutest doggie buttons! Burnice bought me the handbag pattern for driving.
In the evening we went to dinner with my oldest friend from school! We have known each other 40 years, and are still in touch regularly:)

The materials look really pretty...once you get to grips with the new points for WW, it's fine!
