Gorgeous red tulips and yellow polyanthus in Marine Gardens.

March 29th

Mum helping me in the garden. We cleared this border, dug it over, and then planted a few things back. Plenty of room for new plants!

28th March

This is my sewing corner! All sorted now. Mum bought me the sewing box for my birthday, and I found the rack in the shed! I cleaned all the cobwebs off it, lined it with wrapping paper, and sorted my little bits and pieces of fabric into 'hot' and 'cold' colours. The blue fabric lying on the top is my latest 'work-in-progress'!

Still trying to get ton grips with my macro lens. Most of my shots are blurry! Quite like this one of some of my beautiful flowers.

Well here goes. A Photo a day for one year! I have decided to start on 25th March the day I was 50, and this photo a day will be for the year I am 50. Here's some of the best photos I took yesterday. I can see this is going to be hard just to pick one! These photos are taken at Nyman's Garden a NT garden nearby. Taken with my new Nikon macro 28-105mm lens! (Think I am going to use this all the time now!)
